the last sin
  pale ashen sky
a bleary eye
clouds of recurring screams...
i am a zoo
  an octopus leviathan
tentacles into an ocean
of unformed emotions...
syphilis and love
  syphilitic pall
stifles the clear blue
i contort...
shell and pearl
  amidst highs and lows
in life's ocean flows
a shell peony-mouthed...
i am an unmarried mother
  fed on stings
of barbed milk morality
my child-plankton...
the lovers
  cell upon cell
bridge of their union
hung on the pillars...
  ogre of age
and time cavil
at a warm picture...
the young today
  innocence thaws
at the altar
of ambition...

moving on its own steam

a giant hole a big gaping circle
incessantly twirls in the twilight
not at a meteoric speed but slowly
with a long brooding yawn
like the eternal cycle of life
being lived in a repose
even its twirl is enervating
will it suck him and vaporise him
into thin air outside the monsoon rain
belts sheets of thick water
and the earth smells of infancy again
or will he refuse to get sucked in
and change the wheel
a karmic transmogrification
maybe convert it into a rectangle
with oblong legs
or better still a cube
with restless three dimensional energy
and a new prism to filter
pathway’s myriad experiences
only time shall tell
maverick father time a strange creature
appears headstrong and arrogant
and melts if the pursuer is unyielding
and unwilling to let go of his beliefs
so hang on to your balls
and await in a moment
of quixotic dawn
the raging blush of clarity
meanwhile the wheel turns
with its inexorable energy
and chugs on a creaky unwieldy
rattle a rickety flow
a model out of sync
with its moorings
a giant hole a big gaping circle
incessantly twirls in the twilight
